On 21 October 2025, Mr Gabriel Barrs, Executive Director, and Mr Patrick Sanchez, Director of Operations, of the Pasteur Institute In Bangui visited the medical analysis laboratory on the occasion of the launch by the Mama ti Fatima medical complex of an environmental management plan for bio-medical waste.
They were welcomed by the laboratory director, Mr Junior Camayen, who showed them around the facilities and explained the working procedures.
The aim of the visit was to reach a cooperation agreement with the Pasteur Institute for the incineration of biohazardous waste generated in the laboratory.
