Medical analysis laboratory

Thanks to its multiple units (bacteriology, serology, parasitology, biology, haematology, biochemistry, etc.), the medical analysis laboratory is a platform that allows patients to carry out all the examinations that doctors need and in particular emergency examinations 24 hours a day. The results of emergency examinations are also obtained in real time by the prescriber in order to facilitate patient care.​

OFFICIAL AUTHORISATION FOR THE OPENING AND OPERATION OF THE MEDICAL ANALYSIS LABORATORY

On 30 April 2024, the Ministry of Health and Population granted official authorisation for the opening and operation of the medical analysis laboratory of the "Mama ti Fatima" medical complex.

This authorisation replaces the temporary authorisation under which the laboratory was operating until now and confirms the consolidation of the "Mama ti Fatima" Medical Complex project as an additional player in the public and private health system of the Central African Republic.

INAUGURATION OF THE MEDICAL ANALYSIS LABORATORY

The official inauguration of the medical analysis laboratory of the "Mama ti Fatima" medical complex took place on Sunday 29 January 2023.

The construction of the laboratory was made possible mainly thanks to the financial contribution of the Apostolic Nunciature in the Central African Republic and the German Embassy in Cameroon.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the following national and international authorities, as well as representatives of the Catholic Church and civil society:
-Minister of Higher Education: Prof. Jean Laurent SYSSA-MAGALET.
-Representative of the German Embassy in Cameroon: Mr. Peter Ed. WEINSTABEL.
-The Secretary of the Apostolic Nunciature: Fr. Frantisek.
-The Director of the Society for New CAR Technology: Mr. Parfait KOWOSO.
-The Parish Priest of Notre de Dame de Fatima: Fr. Stéphane FAZION MCCJ.
-Director of the Mama ti Fatima medical complex project: Dr. Cédric OUANEKPONE.
